One to one classes offer a totally personal experience, where the session is tailored to you and your needs on a particular day.
Returning from an injury? Once your medical practitioner has confirmed that it is safe for you to exercise, one to one classes can be a great way to build up your strength before joining a class.
I can also offer Small Group Sessions for 2-4 people. These sessions are great for couples or groups of friends and can fit around your schedule.
Both One to One and Small Group Sessions are held at a location and time to suit you, for that extra benefit of convenience.
One to one slots can be booked on a Thursday. These can be booked on a regular or an ad hoc basis to suit your needs, discounts available for block bookings.
