NK Pilates, based in Sevenoaks, Kent, runs fun, friendly pilates classes catering for all abilities, age groups and fitness levels.

 

My aim is to give my clients a pilates workout and for them to walk out feeling stronger, mobilised, relaxed and lengthened.

BODY CONTROL PILATES

Body Control Pilates is remarkably effective - and medically approved.  Central to the method is "awareness of your own body" and each and every exercise is built around its eight basic principles:

Alignment / Breathing / Stamina / Flowing Movement
